Mon - Fri Half-day Saturday in rotation with other providers (about 1:

Call Schedule:
One week every other month by phone only Hours:
8am - 5pm Procedures:
EKG screening and interpretation /MAT management (medication assisted treatment for opioid dependence)/General outpatient procedures Census:
15 to 20 Type of facility:

NextGen License requirement:
Must be MI licensed before presentation Privileges:
